As part of the preparation process, we will determine the best course of action for your property based on your aspirations. The process involves analyzing your property, price, exposure, and timeline. The culmination of data received from this evaluation will allow us to create a sales plan specifically for your property and goals.

Once we have completed our preparation phase, we get started with the creative plan. Every property has the potential to be a brand, and my aim is to see that potential realized. In conjunction with my creative partners in photography, videography, curated written content, P.R., social media, digital assets, and graphic design, we begin building a brand, and a plan, for your property. 

Once we have completed the branding and planning for your property, we will move on to use our connections and resources to gain the most exposure to the marketplace possible. I know that an incredible content strategy is not effective if we cannot get the right people to see, and my aim is to conduct the marketing with heavy exposure that is built on digital and print strategies, social network, outreach, PR mentions, media partner syndication, event networking, and an abundance of other channels.
